Eligibility Requirements

Who Can Participate

  • Must be a Twitch Partner or Affiliate in good standing
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
  • Must have the Noice Card Game extension installed and activated during the competition period
  • Must comply with all Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Geographic Restrictions

  • Competition is open worldwide except to residents of countries subject to international sanctions
  • Participants from restricted jurisdictions will be disqualified and prizes forfeited
  • Current restricted countries include (but are not limited to): Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine

How to Enter

  1. Install the Noice Card Game extension from your Twitch Creator Dashboard
  2. Activate the extension on your channel
  3. Stream with the extension active during the competition period
  4. Accumulate points through viewer engagement with the card game

Scoring and Leaderboard

Point System

  • Points are earned based on viewer participation and engagement with the Noice Card Game during live streams
  • Only streams conducted during the official competition period count toward final scores
  • Technical difficulties or downtime may result in point adjustments at Noice’s discretion

Leaderboard Updates

  • Hourly leaderboard updates will be posted on www.noice.com
  • Final leaderboard will be determined at 11:59 PM PST on the final day of competition
  • All scores are subject to verification and review

Winner Selection and Prize Distribution

Determination of Winner

  • The participant with the highest total score at the end of the competition period wins
  • In case of a tie, the participant who reached that score first (based on timestamp) will be declared the winner
  • Noice reserves the right to review all results for compliance and authenticity

Anti-Cheating Measures

  • All submissions and scores will be reviewed for suspicious activity
  • Any evidence of cheating, manipulation, artificial inflation of scores, or violation of fair play will result in immediate disqualification
  • This includes but is not limited to: bot usage, coordinated artificial engagement, technical exploitation, or any attempt to circumvent the intended gameplay mechanics

Prize Payout Requirements

Tax Documentation

  • Winner must provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number before prize distribution
  • International winners must provide equivalent tax identification documentation from their country of residence
  • Failure to provide required documentation within 30 days of notification will result in prize forfeiture

Payment Processing

  • Prize will be distributed within 7 days of winner verification
  • Payment method will be determined by Noice (PayPal, bank transfer, or other electronic payment)
  • Winner is responsible to ensure Noice is able to reach out to arrange prize (email, X account, about me..)
  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on prize value
  • Prize has no cash surrender value and cannot be transferred or substituted

Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  • Noice employees, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate
  • Participants must maintain compliance with all applicable laws and Twitch policies throughout the competition
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Noice

Content and Conduct

  • All streaming content must comply with Twitch Community Guidelines
  • Inappropriate conduct may result in disqualification at Noice’s sole discretion
  • Harassment of other participants or attempts to manipulate the competition are prohibited

Limitation of Liability

  • Noice is not responsible for technical difficulties, server outages, or other technical issues that may affect participation
  • Noice reserves the right to modify rules, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances warrant such action
  • In the event of cancellation, no prizes will be awarded

Data and Privacy

  • By participating, contestants consent to the collection and use of their gameplay data for competition scoring purposes
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Noice’s Privacy Policy
  • Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to their win

Intellectual Property

  • Noice retains all rights to competition-related content, including but not limited to leaderboards, promotional materials, and gameplay footage
  • Participants retain rights to their original streaming content but grant Noice permission to use clips for promotional purposes

Disputes and Final Authority

  • All disputes will be resolved by Noice in its sole discretion
  • Decisions regarding rule interpretation, scoring, and winner selection are final and binding
  • These rules are governed by the laws of Finland without regard to conflict of law principles
